This series of one hour, virtual meetings is for those doing character education / wellness work with students in their schools. The purpose of these gatherings will be to exchange ideas and resources. Themes will change from meeting to meeting.

Meetings will take place on the following dates. Please note time zone:

Oct. 11, 2018  -  4pm EST / 1pm PST
Dec. 6, 2018  -  7pm EST / 4pm PST 
Feb. 19, 2019  -  4pm EST / 1pm PST 
May 8, 2019  -  7pm EST / 4pm PST


Meetings are free for CSEE member schools (please register at the link above; your balance will be $0). Those not in a member school are welcome to register for the whole 18-19 series of meetings for $100. Once registered, CSEE will send you a link to join the meetings on Zoom. The link will be the same for each meeting. 


Our Facilitator

Dr. Martin Stegemoeller earned his undergraduate degree in philosophy from Northwestern and earned his masters and doctorate degrees from Vanderbilt in philosophy and literature. He is in his thirteenth year at The St. Mark’s School of Texas where he holds the Malcolm and Minda Brachman Master Teaching Chair, is Curriculum Coordinator of the Leadership and Ethics Program, teaches courses in English, philosophy, ethics, and history, and is faculty sponsor of the Discipline Council, the Telos Leadership Society, and Philosophy Club. Additionally, he works as a consultant for the Center for Spiritual and Ethical Education and five schools around the country, helping them build out their character education programs. He is also an Adjunct Professor at SMU in their Graduate School of Liberal Studies.
