Creating an Ethical Climate

In this workshop your faculty will learn to use their own resources in collaborative work toward a common goal: that of high quality academic work, but academic work that is enhanced by the school's mission-specific goals. Faculty participants will learn to pull together their own talents, the school's mission, some of what we know others are doing, and what research tells us about school climates and their effects on academics.

Creating and Maintaining a Spiritual Climate

This workshop will help faculty understand the roles they can play in creating and maintaining the kind of climate where students feel they can grow spiritually—all the while maintaining the school's academic and ethical rigor.
