Community Service

Chapin School, NYC
Friday, November 12, 11:30am - 5:30pm &
Saturday, November 13, 9:00am - 3:00pm

Join fellow colleagues as we re-energize, share, network and build our toolbox for creating meaningful community service and service learning programs. This year’s conference will focus on developing leadership opportunities for students in community service, and touch on new ideas and best practices in community service / service learning.

This workshop is open to elementary, middle and high school faculty responsible for service learning, community service, and/or planning service trips and activities. We have organized the event to meet the needs of new and veteran directors, so be prepared to ask questions and share best practices.

About the Presenter

Mary Pashley is Director of Community Service at Choate Rosemary Hall, and has led numerous community service workshops for CSEE. She is known for her ability to look at schools individually, to help them tailor their community service programs to their specific needs and those of their community.
