Some of the questions that this consultation could explore are:

What can we do in a truly multicultural school to validate the spiritual dimension without espousing a particular tradition?
What activities can we use to nurture the spiritual life?
How can we get members of the faculty on board with a program for spiritual development?
How can we integrate a program of spiritual development into the fabric of the school?
Are there things we can do to diminish the draw of materialism?
How can we assess the current religious and spiritual climate at our school?
What can we do to make religion more accepted?
How can religion become a more integral part of the school?
We are not a religious school, but we believe that we should do more to nurture the spiritual sides of our students. How?
What can we do to help validate our students from other religious traditions?
