Spiritual Climate/Development

Some of the questions that this consultation could explore are:

  • What can we do in a truly multicultural school to validate the spiritual dimension without espousing a particular tradition?
  • What activities can we use to nurture the spiritual life?
  • How can we get members of the faculty on board with a program for spiritual development?
  • How can we integrate a program of spiritual development into the fabric of the school?
  • Are there things we can do to diminish the draw of materialism?
  • How can we assess the current religious and spiritual climate at our school?
  • What can we do to make religion more accepted?
  • How can religion become a more integral part of the school?
  • We are not a religious school, but we believe that we should do more to nurture the spiritual sides of our students. How?
  • What can we do to help validate our students from other religious traditions?
