The United States Institute of Peace has a "Conflict Styles Assessment" that helps users discover their conflict style, and how they might approach conflict differently. To find out more and to take this assessment, click here.

 

Honor Code Survey

Subject: Integrity  
Audience: Students
Length: 20 multiple choice questions 
Format: Survey Monkey 
Cost: Free to CSEE School Members - $1 per student for non-members 

This survey, designed by Notre Dame Academy, to help a school community understand integrity better. Schools are encouraged to use the results as the start of conversation and education with the student body.  Schools are also encouraged to do this survey annually to monitor changes in the school community's perceptions. Spiritual Audit Form

Subject: Spiritual Development
Audience: Teachers & Administrators
Length: 31 free-response questions
Format: Downloadable Document
Cost: Free to CSEE Members (individual and school)

The CSEE Spiritual Audit Form is a brief survey for teachers and administrators to examine whether there are areas of the school that may be furthering the school’s mission for spiritual development, or that may be hindering progress. There is no scoring rubric or answer key, but the audit assists schools in assessing areas of strength and weakness in the spiritual domain. 

 


Spiritual Climate Survey

Subject: Spiritual Development
Audience: Students
Length: 28 questions (w/ up to 5 optional customized questions) ~ 8-10 minutes
Format: Internet-based
Cost: A nominal fee of the greater of $25, or one dollar per student for CSEE Member Schools


CSEE’s Spiritual Climate Survey is a 28-item questionnaire to help schools assess student perceptions of the school’s environment for spiritual growth. Schools using the SCS are invited to include up to 5 additional questions with their own wording, to address issues of local concern. The survey is administered via internet. Individual student responses will thus remain anonymous.
